How can I locate a Will?
If a Will has been lodged with the court, it becomes a public record. Thus, you should be able to request a copy from the relevant court, typically the county court where the deceased resided. If the Will hasn't been filed, you can search through the deceased's belongings. While the original signed copy is ideal, a photocopy or printed version is generally acceptable.
