4. Products, Services, and Membership
4.1. Registration as a Member
4.1.1. Ensure the suitability of the offered Products, Services, and/or Membership before placing an order. Thoroughly review the information provided on our website.
4.1.2. By creating a Registered Account, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
4.1.3. The Registered Account is intended for individuals above 18 years old, and our Products, Services, and/or Membership are not intended for those under 18.
4.1.4. Products, Services, and/or Membership are specific to the chosen jurisdiction specified on the Website.
4.1.5. Provide accurate and truthful information during registration; refrain from providing false or misleading details.
4.1.6. Maintain the security of login credentials associated with your Registered Account.
4.2. Contracting Parties
4.2.1. An agreement is established when CBW accepts your order, and subsequent payment is made.
4.3. Products and Services
4.3.1. Products, Services, and/or Membership are designated for your personal use and are not meant for resale.
4.4. Changes and Cancellations
4.4.1. Unlimited changes to specified fields in your Registered Account are allowed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Editing Membership is required for unlimited changes beyond this period.
4.4.2 – Orders can be cancelled within 14 days, except in cases where the waiver for immediate commencement of work has been expressly granted.
4.4.3. Refund available within 30 days upon receipt of notice.
4.4.4 – Termination of Membership is not permissible, and the sole method to discontinue services is by opting not to renew the Membership upon its expiration.
4.4.5. Documents stored belong to you, and requests for returns can be made during office hours.
4.5. Changes by CBW
4.5.1. Adjustments may be made to reflect changes in laws, regulatory requirements, technical enhancements, and general improvements.
4.5.2. Access may be suspended or cancelled in case of a breach of terms.
4.5.3. CBW retains the right to decline the provision of Products, Services, and/or Membership at its discretion.
4.5.4. The storage location may be changed without prior notification.
4.6. Product Supply
4.6.1. Digital content will be available for download within 5 working days of order acceptance.
4.6.2 – Non-downloadable documents will be shipped within 14 days, unless a waiver is explicitly granted, in which case shipment will occur within 4 days of the order acceptance.
4.6.3. Membership can be cancelled as per clause 4.4.4. or by CBW as per clause 4.5.2.
4.6.4. In case of delayed supply due to events beyond our control, please reach out to us.
4.6.5. Supply may be suspended temporarily for technical issues or updates.
4.7. Price and Payment
4.7.1. The price displayed on the Website is applicable. Utilise any applicable discount vouchers.
4.7.2 Pay by instalments option is available for various products and services.
4.7.3. The total price, as displayed on the order page, must be paid in full before the provision of Services and/or Membership or the download of Products.
4.7.4. The First Version price includes a 30-day period for unlimited changes. Editing Membership will be automatically charged annually after the first year.
4.7.5. The Storage Membership price will be automatically charged yearly.
4.7.6. No refunds will be provided for unsigned or incomplete Products.
