What constitutes an Estate Plan?

An Estate Plan comprises one or more documents instructing actions upon your passing, including asset disposition, guardianship preferences, and final arrangements. Key documents may include a Will, Trust, or Guardian designation, supplemented by supporting documents like a Living Will and Power of Attorney. We offer two plan types, Will-based and Trust-based, each catering to different needs and preferences, providing options for directing the disposition of assets and appointing guardians for children and pets.
