How does Cross-Border Worldwide handle clients with pre-existing Estate Plans?
Cross-Border Worldwide offers Trust restatements for clients who have existing Revocable Living Trusts. All other existing documents (Wills, Power of Attorney documents, Advance Health Care Directives, etc.) will be revoked once the new documents are signed and notarised.
