How are my documents handled if Cross-Border Worldwide ceases to exist as a company?
Although we plan to remain operational, your documents remain legally binding even if we cease operations. Additionally, you can create new documents through alternative providers or attorneys. Trust amendments can be facilitated through an attorney if necessary.
